There is no minimum on the self-service custom hat offering. You can order one hat to test a design or outfit an entire crew. Businesses purchasing 50 or more hats should request a current quote.
How much do bulk custom hats cost?
Cost depends on the hat model, quantity, color, patch option and number of designs. Use the builder for current self-service options or send a bulk request for 50–500+ hats. Your quote will confirm pricing before production.
Can we mix hat colors or models in one bulk order?
