Where we ship

Rust Belt Customz currently ships to delivery addresses in the United States. Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout or confirmed in a custom quote.

Processing and production time

Many of our products are customized or made to order. Where a digital proof is part of the order, production begins after the proof is approved and the required order details are complete.

Most standard custom hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Large quantities, artwork changes, product or color availability, and seasonal demand can require additional production time. Processing or production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Applicable shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout or included in your quote. Any carrier transit time is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier network conditions, peak-season volume, address issues, and other events outside our control can delay delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and can take time to appear after a label is created.

Delivery addresses and changes

Please review the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. Once a package has entered the carrier network, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Firm delivery dates

If you have a required delivery date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm current inventory, production timing, and available shipping options. We do not guarantee a carrier delivery date unless a specific commitment is confirmed in writing for your order.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments

Inspect your package when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number and photos when appropriate so we can review the issue and assist with next steps.
