Other current options may provide a different profile, performance fabric or cold-weather coverage. Check the live collection rather than assuming every style and color is continuously available.
Logo detail also matters. Tiny lettering, thin lines and gradients can disappear when reduced to patch size. Send SVG artwork when possible. A high-resolution PNG, JPG or WEBP can also be assessed, and we will explain if the mark needs cleanup or simplification.
Engraved drinkware and practical company gifts

Most standard custom-hat orders are produced in 4–7 business days after proof approval. The clock can change for large orders, hard-to-source colors, artwork revisions or seasonal volume, and shipping time is additional. If a trade show, employee event or project kickoff cannot move, ask us to confirm timing before ordering.

Yes. The self-service custom-hat product has no minimum, which makes it useful for testing a logo and hat combination before a larger order.
Can crew members choose different colors?
Sometimes. Same-logo orders may be able to mix qualifying colors, but the model, patch design and available stock determine whether the quantities can share a pricing tier.
What does your adhesive guarantee mean?
The lifetime adhesive guarantee covers the patch-to-hat bond under normal use. It does not cover the whole hat, everyday wear, misuse or deliberate damage.
Do you ship to Akron?
