A few things to know before booking.
Is this a booked service or a vendor booth?
This is a contracted event service. A company, couple, winery, venue, organization, or event host books Rust Belt Customz to provide an agreed personalized-gift experience for guests or employees. We are not applying for a booth and paying to sell merchandise to attendees. Vendor-style public events are handled separately.
How much does an on-site booking cost?
Event experiences start at a $1,500 minimum. That minimum includes the agreed products and service scope—it is not simply a fee for us to show up. Final pricing depends on product selection, quantity, personalization, travel, staffing, setup, and service time. Submit your event details first and we’ll recommend options before any payment is necessary.
What does the trailer need at the venue?
We review a level setup location, room for the tow vehicle and trailer access, safe guest access, operating space, and venue permissions. Power, generator use, exhaust placement, noise limits, weather, and any indoor or outdoor restrictions must be agreed before booking.
How far do you travel from Alliance?
Generally up to about a 90-minute drive, with nearby Northeast Ohio events prioritized. Send the exact venue so we can confirm the route, date, travel cost, and setup requirements. A city listing is not a guarantee that every venue in that area is available.
