Are the patches genuine leather?
No. Rust Belt Customz uses premium leatherette for its custom engraved patch hats. The material provides a consistent engraving surface and a leather-like appearance without being represented as genuine leather.
Can I order just one custom hat?
Yes. Use the online builder for orders of 1–11 hats. For 12–500+ hats, request current company-order pricing so we can confirm style, inventory, quantity, and timing.
Will I see my design before production?
Yes. A free digital proof is provided for approval before production. Production begins after the proof is approved and the required order details are complete.
How long do standard custom hat orders take?
Most standard custom hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Shipping time is additional. Larger quantities, artwork changes, availability, and seasonal demand can require more time. Contact the shop before ordering if you have a required delivery date.
What does the Lifetime Adhesive Guarantee cover?
It covers the adhesive bond between the leatherette patch and the hat during normal use. It is not a lifetime guarantee for the hat or patch as a whole. Normal wear, misuse, improper care, and damage outside the adhesive bond are not covered.
