Laser-Engraved Custom Patch

Your logo or approved design is laser engraved into premium leatherette, not genuine leather. We then heat apply the patch and inspect the finished hat in our Alliance, Ohio shop. You receive a digital proof for approval before production.

Our lifetime adhesive guarantee covers the bond holding the patch to the hat during normal use. It does not guarantee that the hat or patch will never wear, fade, crack, stain, lift because of misuse, or become damaged by improper cleaning or extreme conditions.

Performance Claims in Plain English

This is a water-resistant, moisture-managing hat—not a waterproof, sweat-proof, salt-proof, or stain-proof hat. The fabric can help with light moisture and drying time, but perspiration, weather, care, and repeated use affect the result. Sweat marks and salt rings are still possible.

3. Approve the digital proof.
4. We engrave, apply, inspect, and ship your custom hat.

Care

Spot-clean with mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Avoid bleach, soaking the patch, and high-heat machine washing or drying.
