Upload your logo or design and select from the available patch options. We laser engrave the artwork into premium leatherette, not genuine leather, then heat apply the patch in our Alliance, Ohio shop. A digital proof is sent for approval before production.

The patch bond is covered by our lifetime adhesive guarantee during normal use. This guarantee covers adhesive failure; it does not mean that the hat or patch material can never show wear, fade, crack, stain, or become damaged.

Performance Expectations

Water-resistant and quick-drying do not mean waterproof or sweat-proof. The fabric is designed to handle light moisture and active use, but the hat can still become wet and may show perspiration or salt marks depending on conditions and care.

Care

Spot-clean gently with mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Avoid bleach, soaking the patch, and high-heat machine washing or drying.
