From logo file to finished order
- Share the project details. Tell us the product, quantity, preferred colors, delivery location and needed-by date.
- Send your artwork. SVG is preferred. A clear PNG, JPG or WEBP can also be reviewed, and fine details may need simplification for clean engraving.
- Review the digital proof. When proofing applies, production waits for your approval so spelling, placement and layout can be checked first.
- We customize in Alliance. Patches are engraved, applied and inspected at our nearby shop. We do not claim that imported hat blanks are manufactured in Ohio.
- Pickup or delivery is arranged. Most standard custom-hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Inventory, revisions, quantity and seasonal demand can add time; carrier transit is separate.
Mobile laser engraving for Canton and Stark County events

Yes. The self-service custom-hat option has no minimum. Business pricing is available for larger same-logo quantities.
What does the lifetime adhesive guarantee cover?
It covers the patch-to-hat bond during normal use. It does not guarantee the entire hat forever or cover ordinary wear, misuse or intentional damage.
Can you clean up a company logo?
Logo preparation is included for qualifying custom business-hat orders. Send the best file you have and we will explain any changes needed for engraving.
How do I start?
