How a custom order moves through our shop

  1. Choose an ordering route. Use the online product for a straightforward small order, the business quote form for 12–500+ hats, or the contact form for mixed products and event work.
  2. Send the best artwork you have. SVG is preferred. High-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP files can also be reviewed. Very fine lines or small text may need to be simplified for engraving.
  3. Confirm the product and details. We review the blank, color, patch option, quantity, delivery method and needed-by date against current availability.
  4. Approve the digital proof. When a proof is part of the order, production does not begin until you approve the design.
  5. We customize and inspect the order. Most standard custom hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Large quantities, artwork changes, inventory and seasonal demand can add time; shipping time is separate.

Mobile laser engraving for Northeast Ohio events

Our mobile laser trailer may be available for confirmed Northeast Ohio business open houses, trade shows, markets, festivals, fundraisers, school events and community gatherings. Alliance is our home base; mobile service is scheduled by event and does not mean we maintain a storefront in Canton, Akron, Youngstown or another nearby city.

For an event inquiry, send the date, exact location, venue contact or approval status, expected attendance, setup window, available power and the products you want engraved. Those details determine whether the trailer, equipment, inventory and event queue can be supported safely and realistically.

At an approved setup, guests can discuss or review an eligible design and watch selected items being engraved. Same-day completion may be possible for stocked, event-ready products, but it depends on the item, artwork, quantity and line at the event. We confirm the event plan instead of promising every product or turnaround in advance.
