We’re Ethan and Lydia Troyer, the family behind Rust Belt Customz in Alliance, Ohio.
We started in 2023, making engraved leatherette patch hats for family and friends. Referrals from customers and local businesses helped turn those early projects into our shop.
What we make
Custom patch hats are our main work. We also engrave beanies, tumblers, can coolers, journals, keychains, and gifts. Order one for yourself or a matching run for your crew.
From your logo to your finished order
We prepare your artwork and send a digital proof before production. Once you approve it, we engrave, finish, inspect, and pack your order here in Alliance. We ship nationwide.
Our hat patches use premium leatherette and heat-activated adhesive. If the patch bond lifts during normal use, our lifetime adhesive guarantee covers it.
