How do I order a custom hat?

What are the patches made from?

We laser engrave premium leatherette patches and apply them with heat-activated adhesive. The patch bond is backed by our lifetime adhesive warranty.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Upload your logo, name, or artwork when ordering. Clear, high-resolution files work best; tiny lettering and very fine lines may need cleanup or simplification. We email a free digital proof for your approval before production.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order one hat, and quantity pricing is available when you order more. For help with a larger order for your business, crew, or event, request a bulk quote.

How long will my order take?

Most standard custom hats take 4–7 business days after proof approval. Larger orders, artwork changes, and stock availability can add time. Shipping time is additional. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering.

How should I clean my hat?

Gently spot clean the hat and patch, then let them air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and high-heat machine drying.

Where are the hats customized?

We engrave and apply the patches at our shop in Alliance, Ohio, and ship orders nationwide.
