The Richardson 355 Performance Hat uses performance polyester, a laser-cut perforated back, and a flexible sweatband to improve airflow and comfort. Its water- and sweat-resistant fabric can handle light moisture better than a traditional absorbent cap while keeping a professional crew look.

Your Custom Richardson 355 Patch

Your logo is laser engraved into premium leatherette, not genuine leather, then heat applied in our Alliance, Ohio shop. Upload the clearest artwork you have. SVG, AI, or EPS files are preferred; high-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be reviewed. We send a digital proof for approval before production.

Our lifetime adhesive guarantee covers the patch bond during normal use. It does not mean the hat or patch material is permanent or immune to wear, fading, cracking, staining, misuse, improper care, or extreme conditions.

Water and sweat resistance

The Richardson 355 is not waterproof, sweat-proof, salt-proof, or guaranteed to prevent every stain. Its performance fabric is designed to resist light moisture and dry faster, but perspiration, weather, use, and care can still leave wet areas, sweat marks, or salt rings.

Care

Spot-clean gently with mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Avoid bleach, soaking the patch, and high-heat machine washing or drying.
