The Zapped 5-Panel Water-Resistant Hat uses a 100% polyester body designed to shed light moisture and dry faster than many absorbent caps. Its adjustable snapback and clean front panel make it a practical custom option for trades, farms, landscaping, mechanics, events, and branded gear.

Laser-Engraved Leatherette Patch

Your logo or approved design is engraved into premium leatherette, not genuine leather. We heat apply the patch and inspect the finished hat in our Alliance, Ohio shop. A digital proof is provided for approval before production.

Our lifetime adhesive guarantee covers the bond between the patch and the hat during normal use. If that bond begins to fail, contact us with a photo and proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover ordinary material wear, fading, cracking, stains, misuse, intentional damage, or improper care.

Water and Sweat Resistance

Resistant does not mean waterproof, sweat-proof, salt-proof, stain-proof, or weatherproof. The polyester fabric is designed to help with light moisture and drying time, but perspiration, weather, repeated use, and care can still leave the hat wet or marked. No hat can promise the complete prevention of sweat stains or salt lines for every wearer.

How to Order

1. Select the available hat and patch options.
2. Upload the clearest version of your logo. SVG is preferred; high-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be reviewed.
3. Approve the digital proof.
4. We engrave, apply, inspect, and ship the finished hat.

Care

Spot-clean with mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Avoid bleach, soaking the patch, and high-heat machine washing or drying.
