Your Custom Leatherette Patch

Upload your logo or design and choose the available patch options on this page. We laser engrave your artwork into premium leatherette, not genuine leather, then apply the patch in our Alliance, Ohio shop. A digital proof is sent for approval before production so you can review the design.

The patch bond is covered by our lifetime adhesive guarantee during normal use. The guarantee applies to adhesive failure; it does not promise that the hat or patch material can never show wear, fade, crack, stain, or become damaged.

Water and Sweat Resistance—What to Expect

Water-resistant and moisture-managing do not mean waterproof, sweat-proof, salt-proof, or stain-proof. The fabric is designed to handle light moisture and dry faster, but conditions, perspiration, care, and repeated wear can still leave the hat wet or marked. No hat can guarantee the complete prevention of sweat or salt stains for every wearer.

2. Upload the clearest logo file you have; SVG is preferred, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be reviewed.
3. Review and approve the digital proof.
4. We engrave, apply, inspect, and ship the finished hat.

Care

Spot-clean gently with mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Avoid bleach, soaking the patch, and high-heat machine washing or drying.
