If your team prefers the familiar mid-profile trucker shape, use the dedicated custom Richardson 112 option. Other live styles may suit different fits, fabrics or cold-weather needs.

Scheduling around an event or busy season

Send the quantity, logo and deadline as early as possible. SVG artwork is preferred; high-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP files can also be reviewed. After product details are confirmed, you approve the digital proof when applicable. Most standard hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after that approval. Large quantities, revisions, stock and seasonal demand can extend the timeline, and shipping is separate.

Yes, but the exact blank and color still depend on future inventory. Keeping the approved order details makes the discussion easier.

Qualifying same-logo colors may be combined for a pricing tier. Model, patch design and stock determine what qualifies.

Where are the hats customized?

Engraving, patch application and inspection happen in Alliance, Ohio. We do not describe imported blanks as Ohio-made.
