Start with one approved mark and a realistic product list. Team hats may need colors that fit an existing identity; volunteer gear should be easy to distribute; fundraiser products need a price and quantity the group can support. Send the logo, desired hat shape, estimated quantity and deadline before promising a delivery date to members.

Artwork review before engraving

SVG is the preferred logo format because it can be resized cleanly. High-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP artwork can also be reviewed. Very small text, gradients and fine lines may need simplification to remain readable on a patch. When a proof is part of the order, production begins only after the layout is approved.

Most standard custom hats are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Revisions, large quantities, blank availability and seasonal demand can extend the schedule, and shipping time is separate.
