Send SVG artwork when possible; high-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP files can also be assessed. Small text and detailed graphics sometimes need adjustment for a clean patch. When proofing applies, engraving starts after the customer approves the design.

Most standard hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Large quantities, artwork changes, hard-to-source colors and seasonal volume can extend production. Shipping time to Lorain County is separate, so confirm a fixed deadline before ordering.
