Quantity affects more than price. A foreman ordering for one crew may need a small color mix; an owner outfitting multiple locations may need sizes, departments or delivery timing coordinated. For larger hat orders, send the complete project through the business quote form. Include the number of hats, preferred style, colors, logo file and required date.

Qualifying same-logo orders may be able to combine certain hat colors toward quantity pricing. Different patch artwork, specialty blanks and current stock can change the tier, so we confirm the exact configuration rather than making a blanket promise.

Engraved gear for recognition and customer gifts

Headwear is the main focus, but businesses and organizations can also review laser-engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs and can coolers. These products can suit safety awards, employee milestones, driver gifts, customer appreciation or fundraiser merchandise. Selected journals, keychains and other gifts may be available for a coordinated project.

We quote mixed-product orders using current inventory and the actual engraving area on each item. A logo that reads well on a large tumbler may need a simplified version for a keychain or hat patch.

How we protect the design before production

Send vector SVG artwork when possible. High-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP files can also be reviewed. We look for tiny text, thin outlines and gradients that may not reproduce clearly at the selected size. For qualifying business hat orders, logo preparation is included.

When a digital proof is part of the order, verify spelling, proportions, patch shape and placement. Engraving starts after approval. Most standard custom-hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval, but large quantities, revisions, inventory and seasonal volume can require more time. Shipping time is separate.

Yes. The main self-service custom-hat product has no minimum. Keep in mind that a later bulk order still depends on current blank and color availability.

Are the patches real leather?

Our standard engraved hat patches are premium leatherette. We use the common “leather patch hat” wording for the style while identifying the actual material before purchase.

What is covered by the lifetime adhesive guarantee?

The guarantee covers the patch-to-hat bond in normal use. It does not cover normal wear to the hat, misuse or deliberate damage.

Can you meet a rush deadline?

Possibly, but only after checking artwork, inventory, quantity, production capacity and carrier timing. Contact us before ordering if the date is firm.
