Ordering routes by quantity

For one hat or a small test batch, use the no-minimum custom patch-hat product. Buyers who need the classic trucker shape can choose the custom Richardson 112. Companies placing larger hat orders should use the business quote form so crew count, models, colors and deadline can be evaluated together.

Same-logo orders may be able to mix certain current colors toward quantity pricing. Separate department logos, personalized names or specialty blanks can change the setup and should be disclosed before pricing is finalized.

Recognition and practical engraved items

Current engraved drinkware can support safety milestones, service anniversaries, onboarding and customer gifts. Tumblers, bottles, mugs and can coolers are reviewed by their actual engraving area. Selected journals, keychains and other gifts may be available for a broader program.

Approve your design

Vector SVG artwork is preferred. Clear PNG, JPG and WEBP files can also be examined, and qualifying business-hat orders include logo preparation. When proofing applies, check the spelling, scale, patch shape and placement before approval. We do not begin production until the design is approved.

Most standard custom-hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Stock, artwork revisions, order size and seasonal workload can add time. Shipping from Alliance to Dayton is additional, so the full timeline should be confirmed for a fixed shutdown, meeting, trade show or employee-event date.
