Patch material, engraving and warranty

Our normal engraved patch material is premium leatherette, not genuine leather. It is chosen for predictable laser contrast and finish options. Rust Belt Customz engraves the patch, applies it to the selected hat and inspects the order in Alliance. The lifetime adhesive guarantee covers the patch-to-hat bond during normal use; it does not cover the entire hat, ordinary wear or misuse.

Employee gifts and organization merchandise

Along with hats, Mentor-area customers can browse current engraved drinkware. Tumblers, mugs, bottles and can coolers can be used for employee recognition, customer gifts, tournaments, fundraisers or membership packages. Selected journals, keychains and other items may be available when the product and engraving area suit the artwork.

For a multi-item project, share the recipient count and budget range. We will identify where one logo file can be used and where a smaller engraving area requires a simplified version.

Proofing and delivery to Lake County

Vector SVG artwork is preferred, though clear PNG, JPG and WEBP files can be reviewed. We check small lettering, outlines and gradients before proofing. When a digital proof is included, verify spelling, proportions, placement and patch shape; production starts after approval.

Most standard custom-hat orders are produced within 4–7 business days after proof approval. Quantity, stock, revisions and seasonal demand may add time, and carrier delivery to Mentor or another Lake County address is additional. Contact us first for a fixed event or employee deadline.
