Patch materials

Our standard laser-engraved patch is premium leatherette, not genuine leather. We use “leather patch hats” where shoppers use the familiar style name, while stating the actual material before purchase. The engraving, patch application and inspection are completed in Alliance. Blank hats may be imported, and we do not label them Ohio-made.

Coordinating a distributed or multi-location team

If the hats are for several offices, departments or event teams, provide the quantity for each group and the delivery plan. Qualifying same-logo hat colors may sometimes be combined for quantity pricing. Different logos, individualized text, specialty models or separate shipments can affect the quote and production schedule.

For a repeat order, include the earlier order details if available. That helps identify the approved artwork and prior choices, although future blank availability and color lots still need to be checked.

Engraved gifts that can share the brand

Eligible engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs and can coolers can be planned for employee anniversaries, sales recognition, client gifts or conference packages. Selected journals, keychains and other products may also be available. We review how the logo fits each engraving area instead of assuming one file works unchanged everywhere.

Proof approval and shipping timeline

Send SVG artwork whenever possible; high-resolution PNG, JPG and WEBP files can be reviewed as well. We prepare the mark for the chosen product and provide a digital proof when applicable. Production starts after approval.

Most standard custom-hat orders are produced in 4–7 business days after proof approval. Large quantities, revisions, inventory and seasonal volume may extend that estimate. Carrier transit from Alliance to Cincinnati is separate. For a firm meeting or event date, confirm the schedule before placing the order.
